This jacket is unlined, but the inside is a low-pile "fleece" that creates traction with almost any long-sleeved shirt or sweater you wear underneath, even thin, so the sleeves feel tight and thick. I'm 5ft 3", 115lbs, have skinny arms and the small fits everywhere except for the sleeves which are too tight and too long. This could be a great jacket for climates where you need a very good windbreaker. to be worn over short sleeves or sleeveless tops. In addition, the turtleneck and zipper will hit your chin when opening and cause discomfort when the zipper is fully closed. This can be normal if you have a long neck.
