This is the second UV resin I have tried. The first one injured my lungs and left me short of breath and covered in rashes for 2 months, despite using protective equipment. But I need the UV resin for certain things, so I had to keep looking for one that was safer. I really, really love the PuoDuo UV!To get the most important concern out of the way, I have had go breathing problems after using this resin. Nor did I have had headaches or increased pain, or any of the other really negative effects of a resin reaction. I have minor rashes from it, but that is true every time I use resin. This resin is very easy to use. Because UV resin doesn't need to be mixed, it is very easy to get bubble-free pieces, as long as you stir slowly when you mix in pigments or glitter. I am impressed with how well the resin cured through thick glitter that wasn't actually indicated for UV resin.I also tested this resin as glue to combine pieces, and it worked perfectly and quickly. I tried it as a dining layer, as well. When I tried this with other UV resin in the past, I had trouble fully curing it, I assume because it was such a thin layer. The previous pieces remained tacky, no matter how long they sat under the light. The pieces I made with PuoDuo cured in just a few minutes under a nail lamp, and they feel just as smooth as a fully cured epoxy resin would. I really like the epoxy by this same company, so I am honestly not too surprised by the high quality of the UV.I was impressed with the speed at which this resin self-levels, too. That is something I was struggling with, with previous products. This one levels very quickly, and nothing came out looking uneven.UV resin in general is a lot of fun when I want to make just one or two pieces of jewelry without the hassle of mixing epoxy, and without the fumes that epoxy let's off over several days while curing. I wouldn't use it for larger pieces, because it's more expensive and I don't have the money. If I could afford to, though, I wouldn't hesitate to use this for some of the bigger clear molds that I have. It definitely works better than any other glue to attach metal pieces to the resin piece, and requires considerably less work than super glue, which needs to be held in place for a long time. And it bonds two pieces of resin almost instantly. It's a really, really useful tool to keep around. I recommend trying it.
