I have some True &Co bras that have teardrop pads but I wanted a little more volume so I ordered these.
I'm a 30D and the mediums work well though I think the smalls could have also worked. The pads are very soft with a little extra padding on the sides.
- They make my sports bra moor supportive and they are soft and comfortable
