I have been using this scale for about 6 months now. I use it every day. I write down all my results and work hard in the gym. You have to weigh yourself at the same time every day - I do it first thing in the morning for me. I needed a scale that would show my water content because my research showed that water is the most distorting factor in the body, so I wanted to be able to monitor that as well. Oh yes, the only downside is that it's a bit difficult to set up for a new user - non-intuitive - you have to go back to the manual every time you do it - at least I do.
