This bag is a bit flimsy (you get what you pay for). But the biggest problem I had was the position of the rings for the shoulder straps. Not at the ends of the bag (like a "normal" laptop bag should be). The hooks are on opposite sides of the handle, and when you carry the bag over your shoulder, it slides out at an angle. Try to maneuver through the crowd without hitting anyone. Even if you're walking through a door, you must allow a full 6 inch protrusion from your front right hip. That's not normal. I am not happy with this and will now order another bag from someone else so I don't have to worry about something that should be as comfortable as a real bag.
