I dislocated a cuboid in one foot and the podiatrist advised me to tuck my foot in for some time for extra support. This pack is MUCH superior to several other options I've tried, from the roll originally provided by the podiatrist's office to later rolls I bought from pharmacies. I hate nude and white/cream colors because they get dirty (especially when I wear sandals!) and I needed a subtle color for work. The black pads turn a bit gray when stretched, but the color was understated and matched my black dress shoes well with no visible dirt or scuffs from the inside of my shoes. I was particularly impressed with how the tape held up under my Chaco!
