Arrived damaged and apparently well packaged.
The product is very heavily built and was purchased for our trailer. Our tag was in stock and the box arrived intact, so I didn't open it right away. When I opened it up for installation a few weeks later, I found that the mounting surface was severely curved. It just passed the return window by 2 days. I have no doubt it was packaged and shipped in this condition. Now it's a useless expensive piece of metal.
