It arrived quickly, is easy to set up with just a few connectors and is ready to go. Definitely not for sitting like a traditional desk. Makes standing longer easier by allowing you to lean, sit or stand. The raised front is smart and part of what makes it better than others I've tried. It rolls up easily and tucks under my desk so I can use it in tight spaces. I was embarrassed to return the stool but did so because it irritated my butt/tailbone/pelvis which I had injured. I knew in advance that I might not be able to use it, so the problem is me, not the chair. My husband has no issues and the chair didn't bother him and if he had used a bar table he would have kept it. For those with the same problems as me, it might not be a good idea to use this kind of variant in general, but if you're willing to give it a try, this is the best I've found. I ended up with one of the swing boards and a yoga ball seat with a handle and a sturdy base.
