I am not satisfied with the new packaging. First, the pump is so difficult to pump that I can't use one finger, I have to bang my whole hand against it. Second, this product now costs $5 more than it did earlier in the year prior to the repackaging. In my opinion, that crappy bottle isn't worth the extra $5. Unfortunately, the real cleaner is still the best I've found and I've resigned myself to knowing that I'll have to pay the extra money and struggle with the bottle to retain the cleaner's benefits.
