Review on 🎧 Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series I) Wireless Headphones: Noise Cancelling and Sleek Black Design by Sri Mims

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Updated Rating: Don't buy them. 14 months after purchase too many problems.

SECOND REVIEW UPDATE: After rewriting my review here on Revain, I copied it and went to the Bose website to post it there. I inserted this review there, submitted it and replied to the confirmation email, but my review was not published. You decide if the site has encountered a strange anomaly or if it has been censored. Now I trust Bose less than ever. I have bought headphones, phones with earbuds, speakers and more from Bose but will never buy from them again. I really let down a former customer. IMPORTANT UPDATE ON THE FIRST REVIEW: I've been using these headphones for 14 months now and didn't find the quality to be what I expected. 14 months after purchase there are 3 problems with the headphones. First, phones started getting annoying hisses when connected to Bluetooth devices. If I hear anything, the hiss is drowned out, but if I'm only wearing them to block out a noisy environment, all I hear is an annoying hiss. Did I say annoying hiss? Secondly, the headphones seem to block out less and less ambient noise. If I use them while listening to music or streaming video, I can now clearly hear conversations in the room. They're muffled, but I can still hear them. The headphones blocked more ambient noise when originally purchased. Third, the lining of the right ear cup is torn nearly 2 inches. I don't hate these headphones. Bose charges $35 plus shipping for 2 pieces of styrofoam covered with a thin tear-resistant lid. Incredibly expensive. NEW CONCLUSION: Don't buy. They are too expensive given the problems involved. Coupled with the non-removable battery, I cannot recommend these headphones. You know that the battery will eventually need to be replaced. save your money Please investigate. There are now many more noise canceling headphones on the market. Just don't buy these headphones. PREVIOUS COMMENT: I've been a Bose fan for decades and decided I needed some noise-cancelling technology. They work and sound great. I bet they filter out 98% of the ambient noise in the room. I sleep with them even when there's no music playing, so I can sleep in almost absolute silence. They're expensive, but they're worth it.
