I didn't like the price. $40 is too much for a face shield replacement. Must be over $20. I bought this new helmet on sale for $108. A shield shouldn't cost anywhere near 40% the cost of a helmet. But it looks great and was so easy to install. I removed the second one and installed that one with no problems. 2 minutes from start to finish. Great tip from a reviewer who first removed the black plastic plugs on either end. Once I did it it just popped out and fitted perfectly. The cost is the only negative, but I'm not sure if it can be helped.
