What I really wanted was a pair of 100% cotton sweatpants with pockets and elasticated legs. I ran out of energy but couldn't find it so I ordered these pants. They were referred to as pajamas or lounge pants. They are 100% cotton with front pockets and open legs. Although the material is thinner than I like, they are quite comfortable. I put one star because I don't think they will last long but they weren't that expensive back then. reasonable costs.
