Review on 🍕 ESSENTIALS Pizza Peel: 14-Inch Natural Acacia Wood for Homemade Baking, Bread, Cake, Cheese Board, and Serving Tray by Sandra Reyes

I've recently started making pizza in my backyard pizza oven and was looking for a wooden shovel to use to shape pizza on the pizza stone. This scrub has been good so far! We dust the pizza skins with cornmeal or flour, place the stretched dough on top of the sprinkles and shape the pizza to our liking. So far we haven't had a single raw pizza sticking to the skin, but I think if we let the raw pizza sit on the skin for too long we would start to see more sticking. We use a metal scraper to remove pizza, so I can't comment on how well this scraper removes pizza from the oven.
