I bought this scale because: (1) the company gives back to the community (the nonprofit it supports) (2) I saw their customer service team genuinely trying to help unhappy customers on Revain to help (3) Your customer service team is located in the United States (4) Elegant design and uses CR2032 lithium batteries (5) 5-year warranty. This item arrived in sustainable packaging and they did indeed contain the batteries. The photos are close but not entirely to scale. He's so sleek and elegant personified. The scale also doesn't make you wait 20 seconds to step back on it like some scales do or like some scales rotate in different profiles. This scale is very sensitive; You step on it, it lights up, you walk away and the numbers disappear. I hope this product lasts a long time but if not I'm sure they will fix it. Say goodbye to the exploding "German Tech" bar on Revain that almost dragged me into the purchase. Throw out the Sunbeam or Taylor branded junk (which costs between £4 and £15) that you bought or were planning to buy in a big store. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for the right scale. Stop thinking that buying a $50 scale or trying to find the best analog or medical scale in the world is the solution to your problem.
