Great product and very fair price for what I got Right off the bat: I was very contentious about adding a carabiner but he is VERY convenient, and you don't need to use it when you want to thread the rope through the hanging hole. I found it much easier to use my 3/8 eye hooks (rated at 250 lbs) in my garage ceiling that supports my 180 lbs (81 kg) weight, including dynamic loading, jumping on it, and swinging. it is VERY STRONG. The rope didn't lose much, if at all. I mainly use it for hand to hand climbing, but it worked great with my legs. There is a bit of a smell out of the box but it goes away after a day. The rope is quite stiff and you can hear the squeaking noises but I've only done 15-20 laps with it so I think it will eventually stop. I expect some stretching, but that's natural from my experience rope climbing at gyms. It appears to be professional studio quality. The creaking and stretching doesn't seem to damage anything or indicate a shortened lifespan. The width is great for my arms and my kids (5 and 7 years old). You can tie knots in the rope to change the difficulty of the workout, and they can be untied as long as you don't jump on them to secure them, which I made during the test. Then they require much more force to loosen them. I wanted to add rope to my ninja hurdles in my garage with ceilings over 12ft high and it is PERFECT. With a carabiner it was very quick to unhook and then transport and use for all sorts of things (battle ropes if you have 2 of those I'll try!). Buying 2 ropes for $40 each is still cheaper than buying "battle ropes" here. And you also have climbing ropes, so you have 2 products for the price of 1 and you don't stock 4 large items when 2 will do. Thanks. You Perantlb! great stuff
