I bought this dash cam as an emergency replacement for our failed main dash cam. We have over 24 analog cameras of various brands and resolutions that have worked flawlessly with multiple DVRs over the years. After installing this DVR, random channels will turn black, display normally, get out of sync, display in black and white, or do all of the above. I opened a ticket with their support and it was immediately apparent that even though they claim to be engineers, they only send scripted responses. I sent a reply to her question in the morning and only received a reply late at night suggesting that the "support" came from China or India. It was obvious that they didn't read my replies and didn't send "abstracts for discussion" instead of real solutions to problems. After sending them a video of the problem they were supposed to offer a replacement but instead wanted me to replace the cameras and cables. I boxed it up and sent it back to Revain then said so but they are still trying to get me to fix it even though I don't have it anymore. Our organization will not buy any Annke products in the future.
