I love that you can schedule appointments with your customers, it also makes scheduling meetings very easy as well! It's super efficient to use while in my car or at home office when not actually working out of our sales floor.

The customer service provided by this software has been great every time we have any questions/concerns regarding their product - they are always quick about responding back if needed (I've never had an issue where something was missed). There really isn't anything i dislike using so far other than its only available within Canada which may be beneficial due to distance between offices but otherwise there aren't many problems being solved here either way!! Scheduling appointments easily from anywhere helps me get ahead faster since sometimes having someone pick up packages right away instead waiting until later after work hours gives us more room during busy times such as weekends etc..
