Does the job and doesn't look terribly gross
Just a few minutes with a hot iron and I saved my two grandchildren (6 and 8) from traffic accidents. This is especially important NOW when it gets dark in the wintertime when school closes. My only complaint is that they don't work when the fabric is nylon. I solved this problem by threading loops through different parts of their backpacks and welding the ends together with an iron.
