Looks adorable but has 3 main flaws: 1) The bottom isn't weighted at all so the lamp on top is very heavy and wins. Don't get up until you've filled the small cup with handles, pebbles, dark matter, or something similar. If you go for handles, the obvious solution, things will reverse themselves if you accidentally pull out too much harness and upset the delicate balance. 2) It's not super bright - in fact I didn't twice realize what it was when I looked at it on lower settings and left it alone, only realizing it was on and the battery died after a few hours. which brings me to: 3) The battery drains very quickly. Unfortunately, on my desk in class, I don't have a nearby outlet to connect the USB cable to the maybe 30-inch cord that came with it, so I have to take it off my desk twice a day to charge it when I'm not using it do I want to invest in a very long USB cable or a power adapter that takes up space on my desk or something similar.
