I am a woman who wears child size shoes and socks (women's size 5/35 is too big). I prefer ankle socks and was very excited when I found something other than 9-11 socks that would actually fit me. The MED fits perfectly until it shrinks as in the photo below and then tapers slightly along the length and around the ankle. This is the only version and size that seems to have this problem. LG doesn't respond the same way - wash and dry on hot and high - it stays too big. MED socks are suitable before and after washing and drying. looser.
