I have been using this product for over ten years. I'm a tall girl so I use this spray in my armpits and also under my boobs and stomach. If I wear shoes without socks, I spray a little onto the shoes before putting them on, which helps reduce the odor. This product works by disrupting the life cycles of common airborne bacteria that get on your skin and multiply and cause body odor. It won't stop you from sweating and won't mask your natural scent. I have never had problems with clogged pores or skin rashes. In very hot weather when I don't want sweat rings I usually add a good antiperspirant to this product.
