The customer service is great, they have been very helpful in answering any questions I had about their platform or how to use it effectively! They also offer live chat support which was awesome during our launch of new menus when we were getting tons of orders at once!! Nothing really as far as what i dislike but everything else has just worked out well so no complaints here either :). Our restaurant website allows us to easily update inventory levels without having employees physically go into store all day long every time an item runs low/outta stock (which would be extremely difficult if not impossible with traditional point-of sale system).
