Perfect for my exercise bike needs. I train 3-4 times a week and am tired of wearing smelly shoes that you could borrow at the gym (despite the fact that they could be borrowed for free). I was nervous when I first received them because the sizes in the drop down list sounded like they were "men" shoes, but they are women's shoes and my 7.5 size equivalents were projected from the drop down list . They're really handy for spinning and SPD compatible; The biggest fan is that the SPDs are tucked away in the shoe, so you can wear them like regular shoes to walk around instead of tripping over spikes. Please note that you will need to purchase the SPD spikes (they are not included) and you are strongly advised to go to a bike class or bike shop to have them bolted on for you.
