A few years ago I bought the previous version of this hair straightener from ulta beauty for almost $200 and prefer it to my CHI and GHD hair tools. This is one of the few hair straighteners that has an accurate digital temperature display, giving you full control over the heat. I definitely have fewer split ends and my hair seems to be holding up the product much better. I'm not sure if it's from the ionizer, but it's a definite difference from the CHI straightener. I'm surprised to see it on Revain at this price, so I bought a couple of these new models as Christmas gifts.
