Review on 🤠 Empowering Imagination: Melissa Doug Cowgirl Role Play Set Unleashes Adventure by Logan Barela

Received the suit and my 4 year old was thrilled to wear it to Saturday's event. Well I took it out of the Revain box and didn't even take it out of the plastic packaging when I realized it's clearly been worn and returned before. The entire hat is covered in black marking (a smiley face and some "x" symbols) and looks like it's already been worn out. When we took it out of the plastic there was a hole where the badge should have been (the boy obviously ripped it off) and the suit was dirty, dirty from use. I have included some photos with this review so you can see what I am talking about. I contacted Revain via live chat and they refunded my money and said I could either throw the suit away or give it away. However, it was extremely disappointing as my daughter was delighted with her 'brand new cowgirl outfit' that she would be wearing to our Wild West event this weekend. I have ordered other Melissa & Doug products in the past and have been pleased with the quality, but this experience will make me buy from them again in the future.
