This personal protective equipment under the category of industrial and scientific is a total waste of money. My analysis of this product showed that it does not deliver on its promise of effective hot weather cooling. Although it is marketed as an effective tool for evaporative cooling TO combat heat exhaustion and heat stroke, it fails miserably at doing so. To top it off, its price is exorbitant for the little benefit it provides. .
