Anyway my wife got this two days ago and she loved it. She used an eye roller and said she felt great. She keeps it in the freezer and takes it out to roll under her eyes in the morning and sometimes when she gets home from work. (Personally I didn't notice any difference, but she has dark circles under her eyes, no puffy eyes. She gave me a forehead massage with a roller, which was nice.) She liked the roller so much that she used it bought for her mother or mothers birthday. She rated gua sha as "inadequate," but says it could be operator error.
