Very good pump. Made in Japan and it shows. The impeller design is slightly different from the original Subaru pump, but after a few weeks of installation it works very well. It comes with a phenomenally good gasket and also includes a new thermostat gasket which is a great idea and a sign of a great product. The pump fits perfectly and is easy to assemble. The supplied rubber seal fits like a glove and does its job properly. Decided to purchase the pump separately rather than as part of a timing belt kit (from Gates) that claims to include a Chinese made pump. Pat yourself on the back for making the right choice. Recommend.
