Tell your neighbor about using it

I bought 3 flashlights and put them outside for my neighbor to see. Turning on the signal lights, which my neighbor can clearly see, indicates I'm ready to take my service dog outside to relieve himself or play a short game. When I return my service dog, then press the button on both turn signals, which of course turns off the FLASHING signal lights and stops flashing. You may be wondering what the purpose of beacons is. I took my service dog outside to call the toilet, my neighbor not knowing my dog was in my yard which was separated by a six foot chain link fence separating our two properties let his 3 dogs in the backyard free. A few minutes later, the fence started loading and a loud barking began. Loud enough that you might hear the dogs a half block away. So if the flares were in place and on, a neighbor could look out his window or back door and see visually that the flare alarm was on and he would not release his 3 dogs until he could no longer see the flare alarm We turned and it was now safe to allow my 3 dogs access to my backyard without having to worry about my service dog being outside. in my back yard as the 2 signal lights I installed were now off and it was perfectly safe to allow her dogs access to her yard without worrying about territorial aggression leading to the fence between her 3 dogs and mine guide dog,
