I don't write many reviews but this product exceeded my expectations and the customer service is great too. I contacted the company about a screen problem and they answered all my questions without hesitation. The screen quality is perfect. The mini keyboard works perfectly, as does the mouse. Fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the battery lasts all day with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and email open and working at the same time. I work on the front lines in the Caribbean. and on days when I don't have registered patients, I work from home to track and quarantine contacts with COVID-19 from this device. The touchscreen doesn't stick, spreadsheets open great, and I can switch between Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office at the same time. The kit includes a charger, an HDMI cable and a mouse. , something to connect a wireless mouse to a keyboard, a keyboard, a keyboard charging cable, and a pen.
