While my recent foray into Bluetooth keyboards has been limited, previous attempts to pair and use inexpensive Bluetooth keyboards with iOS devices have been frustrating (everything from dropped connections to sticky keys). I've been using the OMOTON keyboard for iPad for a few weeks and have been impressed with the stability of the Bluetooth connection (fast connection/no drops) and the build quality of the device. Typing on the OMOTON keyboard for iPad is definitely a pleasure. louder than when using the Apple Magic Keyboard; However, all the standard Apple keys are present (including Control, Option and Command - albeit without the Apple icons that many are familiar with). any extensive work with numbers. There are also dedicated buttons for iOS devices, e.g. B. a "lock key" that locks the screen (where the "eject" key is on the standard Apple Magic Keyboard). There is also a search button and a button that takes a screenshot of your screen. Very convenient! Pairing is very simple: hold down the Function and C keys (where the Bluetooth icon is) to put the keyboard in pairing mode, then pair it with your device. In fact, I just hooked it up to my iPhone and used it to print my entire review here on Revain! The keyboard feels solid despite being plastic, and rests on five soft silicone pads so it shouldn't mark any surface. It's twice as thick as the Apple Magic Keyboard. So if you use it on a hard surface like a desk or keyboard stand for a long time, you can use the wrist pad to avoid wrist strain. I didn't notice this transparency when typing with the keyboard on my lap. Having only been using this keyboard for a few weeks, I can't comment on its long-term reliability. But so far I'm very satisfied and will definitely continue to use it with my iPad.
