The quality of the customer service provided by Outerbox was outstanding. I had to be out of town for one day during the middle of my project and they were still able to meet my needs with great speed and efficiency. They understood exactly what I wanted and got right back to me when I came home to finish the job! Outerbox has been incredibly helpful. It's made doing business online much easier than it would have otherwise been without them. They are very responsive and quick to solve any issues that arise. The customer service is excellent. The team is always willing to help and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I've never had a problem with the team. They are always willing to listen and willing to help. I have been working with them for over a year now and they have never let me down. The customer service is outstanding. I can always rely on them to help me with any problems I have.
