Initial installation in Homekit was uneventful. P1 (at low speed) is almost inaudible and works well. First, I connected via the Smartmi app, turned off the LOUD beeping sound that attacks my ears every time I change settings on the device, and turned off the display so it doesn't light up my bedroom at night. updated the firmware (a small issue that required some fiddling). A few days everything was fine. I then unplugged P1 to take it to another room. Oops. He fainted. I struggled to get it back online for several hours, rebooting my router, phone, and P1 multiple times. No fun. It's only partially annoying at the moment - no, I can't do anything with it remotely, but I can still toggle it on and off. manual, so still filters the air. Still waiting for an answer from SmartMi support.
