Big enough to store beers for a party

This fridge is extra deep and definitely big enough to hold ice and beer cans for all your fishing buddies for a day at sea or lake. It's durable and the walls are thick to help with insulation. You can carry it on your back, leaving your hands free to carry other essentials, and it zips and locks around your body. Full disclosure, I wanted it to carry and store wine bottles chilled, not beer cans. So for you wine lovers I can say this fridge will hold a few bottles of wine plus ice to keep it cold. What it's not so good for is carrying groceries. It's very deep (remember it's designed to hold a lot of beer cans) and opens at the top so I had to dig deep to get the containers. There are handles on both sides if you don't want to buckle it, but it's a little awkward for a small woman to carry. It was also difficult for me to get on my back, but a friend helped and I was able to carry it in my backpack. The price is staggering, but Yeti branded coolers are comparable in price and we have several of these coolers. I would like to add that one of my Yeti coolers has a zipper on the top opening and is even more difficult to use than this cooler because the opening is so small. The top of this cool box is roomy with easy access to the inside. I think beer should be your drink of choice for this cooler. After all, it's called Brew Haas.
