In a nutshell this is a good UV light for those who are dying to use it but it's very dim and gives hardly any light off, so not very good for checking if something is properly cleaned up. It's well made and does the job well, but with so little light that I wouldn't recommend buying it. The same company makes a much more powerful light and it's just a little thicker and a little shorter. I say understand. This is very weak and trades efficiency for a slightly thinner body. It is not worth. So far it's working very well and I haven't found any flaws or difficulties with the build or finish, but it's too weak to get the job done. This is a good product for those who absolutely must use pen lights. If you can handle a slightly thicker light, go for a larger one. Good luck with your search.
