
A few months ago I gave this product 1 star. I couldn't pair the device with my iPad and the documentation was terrible. Instead of ignoring me, the company representatives got in touch and were willing to do anything in their power to please me. We had several message exchanges. The people in this company aren't native speakers of English, but that hasn't stopped them from solving problems. Long story short, I was able to connect the device to my iPad and now I can use it. Works well enough and I'm satisfied. They were so nice, patient and eager to solve the problem that I even helped them with the documentation. Hope this helps others. My experience is that these things happen when it comes to product failures. But how the company/customer service responds and solves the problem is what sets them apart. I would give them 4 1/2 stars if it was available.
