Not very happy but I paid less than other models

You get what you pay for: This model does not have a knob to adjust the temperature for the type of food you want to grill The grill height is not adjustable like other presses, so your sandwich always slides forward onto the grill plate. It doesn't even have a power switch to turn off the grill, you have to unplug the power cord to cool the grill down.
