When I read the reviews that it doesn't massage the wrist and thumb I was a little confused because mine does. It turns out that white and pink differ not only in color. I'm glad I bought pink! It is slightly longer and does NOT have separate finger holes. He massages his fingers, palm, to wrist. You can choose between 3 modes and 3 intensity levels. I like using the refresh mode because it massages both the back and wrist in the same way. Don't be surprised, because the device is really powerful! At first I was scared because I wasn't expecting it, but then I got used to it and opted for the low intensity instead. Low but strong but not painful. Always start with a low intensity before attempting a higher one. In addition, the heating function is also good because my hands are always cold. I just wish this massager wasn't so loud, but that's not a problem for me. By the way, it comes with this finger massager. I didn't know what it was at first but my mom used it and loved it. The stickers are also very cute! I just haven't decided which one to use to personalize my handheld massager. Overall I like this product. Helps me relax my hand and wrist after a long day at work, typing and using the mouse. I hope this lasts a long time!
