I like how you can search by size or location which makes finding your perfect fit easier than before when there were so many options out there with no way to narrow down what was needed until after they had been hired. It also helps make sure their rates aren't too high since this will help cut back future costs if not found ideal candidate first try. There doesn't seem as though any other companies offer such great features but yet still have low prices even better deals then some others i've seen lately. If price isn't really important (since everyone has different budgets) maybe consider adding additional services/features? Maybe include things like SEO expertise etc., just depends upon budget needs. My office uses sort list daily along side our own database searching through resumes from each agency trying to get best option possible while keeping within limits set forth by my boss who wants.
