I received this item but it was damaged in the packaging. The box containing the goods fell apart, but the shipping box was undamaged. One of the five caps was broken and unusable. Update: I was about to return it but one of my family saw it and started using it before I could return it due to a bad cap. We liked them a lot and bought the non-coupe version. I had completely forgotten about the bad cap until about a month ago when I found an email in my spam folder from a few months old seller asking for help with my problem. I figured my window needed to be opened and closed so I just ignored it. Today I received a package in the mail, but I wasn't expecting anything. Turned out to be a replacement for my cracked lid - this seller REALLY IMPORTANT if I am happy with my purchase. We've used the other 9 containers several times a week for the past year and they seem to be holding up very well. Overall a great purchase so the upgrade from 1 to 5 stars was for both the quality of the product and the customer service.
