The torch died after a short time, the company does not respond to the message

Edit: I have on 11/15. sent a message to the company. It's December 7th and I've downgraded my review to one star because they didn't even bother to tell me why they cover a spare cutter or not. I haven't messed with the torch, but now it doesn't glow or hold a flame. Really disappointing. I bought this flashlight for soldering medium sized jewelry as I work as a jeweler and learned on the Harbor Freight Micro flashlight a year ago. The burner is great, I could get a nice big flange to melt it down to 1oz silver. for casting, and the flame is easily adjustable for different projects, although I switch to my micro torch for very thin frames or adapter rings. A few days ago this flare started squirting, even with a full butane gas tank. I had to light the burner with a lighter, the igniter burned out. Then after a while the flame only came out halfway and ended up being fluffy, very loud and sizzling, concentrating too much heat even on the lowest setting. Now the torch won't light at all, and if I can rekindle the flame, it goes out as soon as I remove the lighter. This happens regardless of how much butane is in the burner. I've sent a message to the company so I'm hoping to get a replacement, repair or something. I'm just disappointed because I really liked this lantern, but somehow my cheap harbor cargo lantern has withstood 5 times longer use and still hasn't broken. Will update review when company responds. The attached picture shows what the flame looks like when I run it for a few seconds.
