This pair seemed particularly large in both length (additional orthotics and cushioning added) and width, but since you suffer from Morton's neuroma , the extra space can come in handy. They're light but I'm not sure how well they'll wear, so 3 stars. I used to have Asics which were very comfortable but didn't last very long.
