Review on BPI Sports Advanced Superior Chocolate by Crystal Velar

I have read many reviews and many of them said how different this product is from what it originally was. I'm new to this product so I can't talk about the product until 19/09/2020. I have the chocolate brownie flavor and it's so good! I look forward to drinking it for the taste alone. I've also seen reviews that say it doesn't blend easily. I put the powder in a shaker and shake it for about 20 seconds. No powder or lumps. It tastes like weak chocolate milk to me. I'm new to training and I like to work hard. So I trained on Monday and was sick from the same training until next Sunday. Started it and although it still hurts I can work out the next day with no problems. I've only been using it for a week, so I can't talk about muscle building yet. But I will definitely buy it again. Finally the picture seemed to say 29 servings so I thought it was very expensive. When I received it, I found that it lists 69 servings, making it VERY affordable. In any case, enjoy!
