Smells good and works my dry, frizzy, damaged hair has become soft! BUT it gives you a few little packs to use once a week. The amount in the pack is very small. My hair is long, very thick, very curly and damaged. My hair sucked a packet into just a small section of my hair. I had to use ALL packs at once to cover all my long, curly, thick, damaged hair. It worked great, but all you had to do was open a bunch of little packages and use them all. Also, I'll have to buy this weekly for a while to fully restore my hair, which might be worth it.
