** Update ** Cushion still works as described. He didn't break. Still needs "fluff" and has retained its qualities. My husband uses it - and to this day he claims it's not his holy grail of pillows, but without a doubt DEFINITELY better than any standard pillow. Is it better than other "premium pillows" - yes, in his opinion it's better than a firm memory foam pillow, but he didn't compare it to "My Pillow". Has it solved neck/spine problems? no But no pillow should be modern, and he doubts a pillow could. I plan to secretly swap this pillow out for "My Pillow" without telling him to see if he notices the difference. As a laundress in this family and someone who has spent a lot of time with My Pillow when visiting Bed Bath Beyond, I have no hesitation in saying that the quality of the pillow from Coop Home Goods surpasses My Pillow in design and quality. I would buy this pillow through My Pillow just because of this item. Force the foam pieces to rearrange themselves back into the full pillow shape, otherwise they will remain "flattened" in a "sleeping" shape. She changes shape VERY nicely! I bought this as a present for my husband who is very skeptical of all expensive pillows as none have passed the "test" for him yet. I wouldn't call it the holy grail of pillows. - but - there were no complaints and since he tried it he seemed to be sleeping better. He has serious back and neck problems (pain) - and I truly believe this pillow has NOT made his condition worse which is our goal. He's not expecting a miracle or a cure from pain, just COMFORT and improved sleep quality and I think this pillow definitely delivered that. We definitely recommend it! Come.
