Too open at the top.

I love bright colors but they just don't stay together after tying up! For those using the intarsia knitting method, these spools will blow your mind! When I tried to use them they fell out to about 12-14 inches, they all got tangled. Grrrr. Bought them because they were cheap. Sometimes you just get what you pay for!
