Thanks for the reviews as I knew the right size from the start. Size 1 to 1.5 fits perfectly. I have bought this brand for the second year in a row. Last year my daughter's typical shoe size was a toddler size 8 so we bought a 9. This year she was an 8.5 so we bought a 10. These tap shoes lasted her entire dance season last year and a friend's daughter is wearing them this year with no problems. Our studio requires brown tap shoes with buckles or velcro (usually no straps/laces). While other toddlers struggle with their buckles and need help, girls who wear them can put them on properly and go to class unaided. They are fantastic and we will buy them year after year. Just don't forget to increase the size!
