It doesn't get any better for the price

It was about 2 months old. Easy to assemble. The material is good and thick. It no longer smells after a day or two. Just a slight gummy smell when first unpacked. I'm 5'10" and 215 pounds and it's big enough for me and big enough for me to lay my head on my back. The folding mechanism is a bit crude. Basically it's just a handle with a bolt, which bolts onto metal rods and holds current tilt with metal-to-metal friction.Although it works and holds up well.It reclines quite a bit, almost fully reclining. However, even in its most upright position it does tilt back a little, buy So definitely don't use it as an office chair. My only issue is that it sits very low. The seat is only 12-14" off the floor. A little higher would be better. Also, the armrests are a little lower than we'd like and not adjustable at all. However, for around $130 total, this is a comfortable lounge chair that's solid, made of good materials and construction, and even comes with the tools needed to assemble it, which is around $20 took minutes. I would recommend it as an inexpensive but still good chair and footstool for watching TV. If only my cats would stop scratching him.

Pros
  • A dream comes true
Cons
  • No performance
