I am very disappointed with this outlet. The outer shell is pretty good. Made of thicker and higher quality material, it is easy to disassemble and assemble. But the core assembly, the part that contains the switch, bulb, and wiring, is identical to the $3 outlet. It's made literally as cheaply as you can make a core assembly and even get it to work. This is not a premium lamp holder, inside and out. This is a very inexpensive, very standard Core build with an upgraded chassis that's better than average.
