The large blade is very inconvenient to use, mainly due to the fact that the notch at the tip of the blade protrudes beyond the wooden handle. Knife and don't apply pressure, the nick is digging into my arm. This is terrible, especially when trying to cut heavier audio. The knife also came with a curved/curved blade rather than a straight one. The smaller the knife, the better and more convenient. and thicker. But only good for small tasks (of course). The only reason this set gets two stars instead of one is because of the smaller knife. The big knife is terrible.
